Cute Cut Out Cookies It looks like freaking christmas in here. I was craving these cookies so much I had to make them. These dairy free, egg free cookies are so easy to prepare and make. Try it yourself! For 24 cookies: • 150 g Cane Sugar • 2 Tbs Almond Milk • 1 Tbs Cornstarch • 1 Ts Vanilla extract • 1 Ts Almond extract • 260 g All purpose flour • 20 g Protein Powder • 180 g Vegan Butter • 1/2 Ts Baking powder • 1/2 Ts salt for the icing •180 g powdered sugar • 1/2 Ts Vanilla extract • 1/4 Ts Almond Extract • 2 Tbs Almond milk Beat the sugar with butter for 3 min. Add the milk and extracts and beat on high for 1 min. Add the rest and form a smooth dough adding more flour/milk if needed. Divide the dough into 2 pieces and roll them out. Let chill in the fridge at least for an hour. Preheat oven at 180 C. Cut cookies into desired shapes. Bake for 8-10 min.
